Wednesday March 18th 7:30 PM – Meeting Link (click Here)

Brother Knights,

As you are aware, the WHO declared the COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic.   Unprecedented responses to that are being announced across the globe.  Supreme Knight Carl Anderson published a memo advising councils to suspend in-person meetings, events, and travel for Knights’ business until further notice.   We are following his guidance.

Before continuing, I would like you to join me in prayer.   I found this appropriate prayer published on the web.

A Prayer Amid an Epidemic (Click for PDF)

Following the example of Pope Francis, the supreme chaplain and I urge you to pray a Novena for Protection in Time of Pandemic during this difficult moment for our country and our world.

I also  encourage you to add these to your daily prayer routine.   Repeatedly, we have seen the power of prayer.  I can think of no better way for us to server the Church at this time.  Of course, the Rosary is another powerful weapon in our arsenal.   Mary, Queen of the Knights, Protect Us.

Business Meeting in Parish Center (March 18, 2020) – changed to a Video Conference

Please join us at our usual time (7:30 PM) from your computer or phone for our Business Meeting

We will be using Microsoft Teams.   You should be able to simply click the link below to join from your PC.

If you have video / audio  (for example plug in headset with microphone) that’s all you need to do.

If you don’t have access to a PC with video / audio, then you can also join via phone, but you won’t see any video.

IMPORTANT:   If you have any bills to be approved.  Please scan them and mail ahead of the meeting to me.

You can use the Contact Us web link to do so (or simply reply to any email I’ve previously sent out).

Also, contact me if you have any questions.

For those of you that haven’t been able to attend meetings in person, this may be a good opportunity for you to rejoin us via this video chat.

Finally, watch out for each other.  Stay in contact with relatives, neighbors, and friends (especially elderly and persons with illness) to be sure they are safe during this critical time in our history.
