James Coleman Memorial

Sunday, August 23, 2020, several Knights of Columbus and Ladies Auxiliary members gathered at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church for our Corporate Mass. At the conclusion of the 9 AM mass, Father Nate blessed the memorial brick for Brother Knight James Coleman, a honorary life member, who was a member of the Knights of Columbus since 1957.

Following mass, we gathered in our memorial garden for placing of the stone and blessing by Father Nate. Unfortunately, the family was unable to attend, but they were there in spirit. We are pleased to honor James with this memorial to thank him and his family for all the years of service to the Knights of Columbus. May James rest in peace.  Amen.

We invite the family, parishioners, and members who were unable to attend, to visit our memorial garden.  This tranquil setting is maintained by Brother Knight Wally Niemczyk.   It is a lasting tribute to men and women who have been members of Mary’s Millennium Council.
